- Meals for Hostel Students
Following the imposition of the movement control order (MCO), students who are staying on campus, in MAHSA Residences, have been provided with three meals a day. This is made possible through the allocation of funds under the National Disaster Management Agency.
- PRIHATIN RM200 One-off Payment
The Prime Minister has announced a one-off payment of RM200 to students in Private Higher Education Institutions through its PRIHATIN Rakyat Economic Stimulus to ease the burden of those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. All MAHSA students who meet the criteria will be eligible for the one-off payment, that will be distributed in May 2020,
The eligibility criteria are as follows:1.Malaysian citizens2.Current pursuing studies in Private Higher Education Institutions in Foundation, Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree and PhD.3.Active students (not deferred, withdrawn or completed) as at 31 March 20204. 4.Full-time and Part-time students
- Fees Support
During this period of uncertainty and perhaps due to family circumstances, students who may have difficulties in fees payment are advised to consult with the Finance Department to arrange for a zero-interest staggered fees payment scheme or to enquire about scholarships and other financial aids available.
